Are we have a bad composers ???

Are we have a bad composers or commercial music makes them ????

i think Egyptian music was known all over the world for it's variation in scales . u know we have a quarter tone which doesn't exist in western music ,
So we had about 9 scales and its relatives that we can compose in , In different to Western music which has only 2 scales
. today in Egypt , alot of musicians and composers uses about 3 scales only , rarley when we hear anything else . live is very fast and very hard thats why makes egyptian mood not to want relax or choose carefully what he listen , So he wants To hear any music , he dosent concern with its speed , quality and scale ....... what about your answer ??
